✨ NoHeatCurl™ Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you’ll love your NoHeatCurl™ order as much as we do! But if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

🛍️ Returns

We gladly accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of receiving your order.
For hygiene reasons, any items that have been opened, used, or tampered with (such as hair brushes or tools) cannot be returned.

💳 Refunds

All returned items are carefully inspected upon arrival before a refund is issued.
If your return does not meet our requirements, you may be responsible for reshipment costs.

Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you’ve simply changed your mind and wish to return unused products, return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

🔄 Exchanges

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different color or item, simply return your original order and place a new one once your refund has been processed.
